Here is how bee frequency therapy works:

1. The micro-vibration created by bees fanning their wings above the cells in order to evaporate the moisture from the nectar and create maturated honey. Prepare your (meditation) room or location as a place for healing, sleep or deep relaxation. Set your intent of what would like to heal, a good night sleep or simply want to relax. Play the audio for a whole hour, preferable on high quality headphones or speakers (not laptops or phones as they have low quality speakers). Let yourself go into the audio and flow into the buzzing of the hive.
