We start with INTENT. Intent is all that is needed to activate the codes within the bottle and on the label. Remember there is no limit to what you can do, but go by steps, do not tackle immediately all your life's problems, do it from a place inside yourself with trust and relaxation. Breath.
Intent
The following will set the right intent. You can use your own words or feelings, do not stay on rules, try and find what works for you. Take some deep breaths, become present now, focus. Doing a little ritual before can make you more at ease and focused. You can also just state out loud or in your mind, "I connect with my Higher Self" (or your authentic self, God self, however you feel what is true to you)
A simple intent will do. Find your own words, feelings and system if that feels right for you. As long as you take that time to connect with your consciousness, breath and relax, take that time to create focus (which can also be childlike and with joy, focus does not need to be serious, it is about creating a singular thought moment).
Then, when you are in that state, spray all over your body (or room or location) and take about one to 5 minutes to feel and be present, allow things to go or be. No pushing anything away, but with the feeling "I am free, and I let go" or "I choose harmony inside of me." But please do make up your own words or feelings. As long as it is from a place of kindness and not resisting, what we resist, exists!
Remember, do things step by step, do not clear all your life problems at once or try to harmonize all at once. Be kind to yourself. If you let yourself down because you have not kept up with your own expectations, do not fall into the trap of low feelings of guilt but be aware and observe your feelings with loving understanding.
And with everything you clear or harmonize, there will be integration time, it is the same with everything once you are at higher frequency, all that does not resonate at that level will come out and, so, also what you have cleared.
