Rich in humic acids (especially fulvic acid) - the recommended daily dose of 0.6g contains 37,2mg of humic acids (84% of daily body needs)
𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐬 are a source of more than 20 𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐬 (glutamic, glycine, histidine, phenylalanine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan, isoleucine, lysine, arginine, valine, aspartic acid, etc.), 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐬 (manganese, potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium, sodium, phosphorus, chromium, nickel, zinc, copper, sulfur, silicon, selenium, silver, cobalt, aluminum), monosaturated and polyunsaturated 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐬 (oleic, petroselinic, linoleic, linolenic, etc.), phospholipids, essential oils, organic acids (hippuric, benzoic, adipic, succinic, citric, oxalic, kojic, tartaric, etc.), resins, flavonoids (rutin), carotenoids (provitamin A), 𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐬 (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, P ,C, A, E).
The special value of these components lies in their 𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 ~ their high ability to be absorbed by the body.
The recommended daily dose for adults is ~ 0.6 grams (that is about 1⁄4 teaspoon of viscous mass) - to be dissolved in a glass of warm boiled water (not higher than 80C) and taken during the day with meals. If the taste is too strong, you can also mix the dissolved shilajit drink with another hot beverage (not higher than 80C).
If you are taking it for the first time, start with a lesser amount - only the tip of a teaspoon and gradually build it up to 0.6 grams. Take it daily for 1 month then take a break for a couple weeks/months. You can repeat one more time within the same year. It is also possible to take it more often if you feel the need - use your intuition and listen to your body, you can also consult with a naturopathic practitioner.
Storage: Keep the jar in a cool dry place, avoid temperatures higher than 25C. Make sure water doesn’t get into the jar. The date you see on the package is the production date - the shilajit is good 4 years from that date.
Contraindications: individual intolerance to dietary supplement components, pregnancy, breastfeeding, kidney stones. If you have any doubts, it is recommended to consult your health specialist/ naturopath before use.
